Overview

Mitech industrial ultrasonic TOFD probe,made of strong penetration, high signal to noise ratio, excellent near surface resolution, smaller scattering noise. The key manufacturing processes using special equipment and fixtures, as far as possible to exclude the impact of human factors.TOFD probes and wedges produce refracted longitudinal waves in steel that can be used to quantify cracks through diffractive time-difference techniques and are used for the detection of welds in boilers, pressure vessels and pressure lines. It can provide the actual echo chart and spectrogram which correspond to the serial number of the probe, all the data have traceability, and can provide the curve of distance-amplitude curve according to the customer's requirement. Consistent with "EN12668-2" and other relevant standards at domestic and abroad, compatible with L5 connector.
