MRT10-S wire rope flaw detector is the latest NDT product developed by Mitech CO.,LTD. Based on the principle of magnetic leakage, it can real-time detect the internal and external wire rope defects such as broken wire, corrosion, wear and calculate the changes of quantitative values on metallic cross-sectional area then generate diagnosis report in accordance with the current standards and proced.
Operating Method and Attentions:
1) Insert this system software compact disc, (or connects other medium having the software file to the computer), open the compact disc file, the screen will appear some folders such as "MRT V3.0".
2) Copy the "MRT V3.0" folder into one disk root,
3) After the copy, open "MRT V3.0" folder, press "MRT. exe" to operate the program.
4) In order to operate simply, the user can right-click the "MRT.exe", and send it to the desktop as a shortcut. When next time using this software, click the icon to open.
The operation(Alt+E) item contains the sampling, broken wire analysis, and deterioration analysis three functions items. It is the main part of this system with the sampling control and processing analysis functions for primary signal of tested wire rope.
